My role encompassed designing game mechanics, systems, features, levels, and design tools for three games. I developed standardized systems adopted across all Match 3 titles, facilitating efficient prototyping and game releases. Additionally, I created a Google Sheets-based tool for integrating meta features and designed versatile level editor tools for multiple game projects.
Designed meta-game features such as progression, dialogue, and task systems, along with prototypes for core gameplay elements like blockers and boosters for Pet Haven.
Collaborated with developers, artists and writers to integrate meta-content (features, dialogues, animations) into the game engine to create the desired sequence. Developed a spreadsheet based tool that reduced game-story integration time by over 80%.
Developed a modular parametrisation system for Match-3 and Bubble-Shooter mechanics, improving implementation speed and system robustness. This system became the studio standard across all Match-3 projects.
Designed level editor tools, core game systems( hints, tile spawn, tutorials), and crafted levels for Match-3 and Merge games.
